Winemaking : grapes are pressed directly after harvest and settle in stainless vats. The juice is then fermented in acacia barrels. Matured for one year on fine lees with regular stirring.

Originating from a selection of specific plots, this vintage is aged in acacia barrels. Its aroma is complex with hints of vanilla and pineapple. The aging in acacia barrels contributes to the fullness of the wine while still keeping the freshness of the sauvignon grape.
We recommend drinking it with a scallop risotto, a white-buttered pike-perch or smoked salmon.
