The Menetou-Salon vineyard is located in the Cher department, in the North-East of Bourges. It enjoys semi-continental climate that is very advantageous to the ripening of the sauvignon and Pinot noir grapes.

Winemaking: This wine originates from a short maceration and has typical raspberry and red fruit aromas. Its freshness and strong aromas will charm you.

Tasting temperature : 12°C/15°C

It is perfect with meat and a cold cut platter.
