Originating from different plots interspersed on our domain, this Pouilly Fumé takes all its strength from the terroir. Robust, it takes a little longer to open up and expresses all its strength after one year of aging. It then shows all its aromas: white flowers (hawthorn and acacia flowers), followed by hints of black current buds, pineapple, apricot or white peaches, depending on the year, with clear mineral notes in the finish.

After a few years, aromas often evolve to quince and mango. On the palate, it is virile, powerful and long lasting. This Pouilly Fumé is for wine lovers who appreciate full, rich and generous wines.

It fully expresses itself as an aperitif, with fried foods from the Loire or with goat cheese.
