Petite Bulle “Méthode traditionnelle” (sparkling wine)

Since several years, we have been offering our customers a traditional method. This “cuvée” is made from our wine, but it is produced by a winemaker from the appellation.

Indeed, this one receives in its cellar our wine, vinified especially for this vintage with small degrees and higher acidity, in February.

It is then that he bottles our still still wine for the second fermentation which will take place in the bottle.

Aging on slats for a minimum of 9 months is necessary to develop a traditional method.

Serving temperature : 10°C/12°C
